Helden van de Spelen
We are crazy about sports. So we loved making a documentary about world class gymnast Epke Zonderland.
For a year, director Marco Lubbers followed the three time world champion and 2012 olympic gold medal winner on the high bar, while he was trying to qualify for the Olympics just once more. We took the opportunity to show the normally quite private athlete during one of the toughest years in his career, in which he had to overcome surgery and had to accept the obstacles the covid pandemic brought on.
Catch Your Moment wrote, co-edited and directed the documentary, which was part of the series 'Helden van de Spelen'' and was published on Videoland.nl in the summer of 2020.
