Catch Your Moment

RoffaReefs, founded in the Rotterdam Zoo, placed a floating (fish)breeding system above the reef of Bonaire last year. The aim of the project is to check whether it is possible to breed and release fish larvae to restore fish populations and thus the coral reef ecosystem. This pilot project is a first! The results of this research can serve as an example for scientist all over the world!
